These doilies were hand crocheted using the finest quality Cebelia DMC Size 10 100% cotton thread. The same dye lot was used for both, so they are a perfectly matched set of ecru, slightly over 2 feet round, "works of heart" made with lots of TLC exclusively for our event! They are "hot off the hook" of Nancy Seroski, our event co-chair (Class of 2009)! Each one has been hand washed and blocked with a light coating of starch and is ready to display. They would make perfect table toppers under a lamp, or you could even mount and frame them for exquisite pieces of wall art. If you're curious, each one took 35+ hours to make (carved out a very busy schedule, of course) over the last 6 months. It's a skill where you don't charge for your time, obviously, but these are truly beautiful, and you will love them--for yourself or a gift for someone else of heirloom quality, sure to be treasured for years to come.
