Your item listing will feature:
- A clickable link to your website attached to your logo (see example below). If you don't have a website, we can link to an informational website about your industry, a map that directs people to your place of business, or just list your name, if you'd like.
- A photo or graphic representation of the item.
- An exciting description of the item featuring information about you and/or your business, if you'd like.

Special Instructions
All ONLINE auction winners will be billed via PayPal email after the auction closes. (NOTE: A PayPal account is NOT required to send payment in response to our invoice.) Personal checks or money orders will also be accepted via regular mail or personal delivery.

- If you win an item, you can just "click through" the links in our email invoice to send us your donation. We will return your winnings to you within 2 weeks of our event, unless other arrangements have been made or specified in the auction listing.

- Once registered, you are able to place a bid.
- When placing your "first bid," you will simply register once with a major credit card. Only MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover cards are accepted for registration.
- Nothing is billed to your account unless you choose to process your donation through PayPal, either via our email invoice, or using our registered PayPal email account sfra@pharmacy.isu.edu.

***Please note*** The IRS has strict rules governing deductions for items purchased at a charity auction. You are allowed to deduct the portion of your winning bid that is greater than the fair market value of the item. If your winning bid is less than the fair market value, the IRS does not consider it a charitable deduction because you received "goods or services" for your donation. All winning bidders will be given a receipt indicating the item purchased, the fair market value estimated by the donor, and the full donation amount received from the winning bidder, the net difference would be your tax deduction, if higher.
