Following on from the success of our past two fundraisers which were instrumental in raising money to purchase state-of-the-art equipment in the form of a video otoscope/endoscope and a digital X-ray machine for our Surgery, we want to continue the focus on the Vet Room and Surgery for our 2007 Fundraiser.  The money raised this year will go towards running our ever expanding Vet Room and Surgery, in particular medications, lab test, anesthesia gas and to allow us to have our Vet and Vet Technician available throughout the year to perform the procedures that enable us to have healthy adoptable dogs.

    The auctions have always been a major contributor to raising funds each year and this year we have enlisted the help of technology by having our auction online.   This allows you a longer bidding period and a continuously changing catalog of items, so look each week and see what is new.  The auction will close on DECEMBER 15TH so you have plenty of time to browse and bid, but you can purchase most items immediately.  Send our online auction to friends by clinking on the "Refer A Friend" button on the left or have an auction party!!

    Once again the DAWG Event Planning Committee strive to bring you "not your usual fundraisig event" and this year is no exception!  Rather than having one big event, we are having a myriad of events running through September and October.  The events are both fun and unexpected - something for everyone!  A full list of the events can be found on DAWG's website, and are also listed below.  Before you browse and bid on our online auction, take a few minutes to look through the list of events below and call Shirley Jansen at (805) 637-4036 for additional information on location of events and to make reservations.  Due to the nature of the events, there are a limited number of reservations available so DON'T DELAY, CALL NOW!!!
