"Successful Calamity" by former Kent School faculty member, Edmund Fuller. For 32 years he served as the chief book reviewer for The Wall Street Journal and also wrote criticism for The Saturday Review of Literature, The New York Herald Tribune and The New York Times.

"One American Town" by Kent author, Donald S. Connery.  "Donald S. Connery is an author and independent journalist who has traveled the world as a reporter, writer, foreign correspondent and broadcaster for Armed Forces Radio Service, United Press International and, principally, for Time and Life magazines" 

 "James Gould Cozzens - A Life Apart" signed by author, Matthew J. Bruccoli.  James Gould Cozzens was a member of the class of 1922 and Pulitzer Prize Winner in 1949 for his novel "Guard of Honor".
