History in the Making: A Co-op Celebration

LPCNS's Online Auction  Is CLOSED!  Thanks for your participation!

The families of Lincoln Park Cooperative Nursery School are an incredibly lucky group. Our children attend the most nurturing, loving and special school in Chicago. They are greeted each day with hugs and smiles by a group of incredible educators whose mission is to take our children by the hand, and guide them as they embark on a wonderful journey into the world of school, socializing and learning.

However, a place as extraordinary and wonderful as the Co-op cannot exist on its own -- it requires dedication, involvement and support from its members, alumni, relatives and friends. The co-op's annual auction is the school's primary fundraiser and supports ongoing curriculum and classroom enhancements, scholarships, and building improvements. Fundraising efforts sponsored by the parents, such as the auction, are extremely important as they ensure the vitality of the school into the future.

We ask that you please participate in our online auction! Last year's auction raised almost $106,000 for the school and this year we need your help in reaching our ambitious goal of $110,000.  There are many ways in which you can participate in the LPCNS Auction 2008...

  • become an auction sponsor

We’ve been waiting for you to come to this place….

Lincoln Park Cooperative Nursery School was created in 1949 by a group of parents with a bold vision to prepare children for their future as students and compassionate, responsible and contributing citizens of the world. More than 50 years later, the co-op is one of Chicago’s premiere nursery schools helping children achieve their full potential. Located in one of Chicago’s oldest neighborhoods, Old Town, the co-op serves a diverse group of families from all over the city.
