Darren Sharper  is a strong safety who plays for the Minnesota Vikings.   Prior to 2005, he played for the Green Bay Packers.

PACKER DAYS:

• Rookie year- Played in 14 regular season games and in all 3 playoff games, including Super Bowl XXXII...Tied a Packers record and set a Green Bay rookie record by scoring 3 TDs, scoring on a pair of interceptions and a fumble return.
• 2000 Led NFL with 9 interceptions, the 1st time a Packer led the NFL since Willie Wood in 1962 ... Made Pro Bowl debut, starting for the NFC at FS ... Honored as an All-Pro by Associated Press,

On September 16, 2007, Sharper recorded his 50th career interception He will make his 5th Pro Bowl appearance this year in Hawaii.

The NFL Pro Bowl in 2008 will be played at Aloha Stadium in Honolulu, Hawaii on February 10, 2008.
