The Flavors Gala is our signature event, where you will find the area's finest chefs, confectioners, and beverages, including fine wines from around the world, specialty beers, spirits, and soft drinks.

On Thursday, March 27th you will sample fabulous fare from over 50 taste-tempting palate-pleasing stations. Your ticket will include admission to the 5:00pm Wine Seminar presented by Len Presutti, Corporate Wine Educator of the Martignetti Companies. Enjoy jazz music throughout the evening performed by Kathy Earabino & The Blue Wave Trio and listen to an ensemble from the Neponset Valley Philharmonic Orchestra as you enter.

The Flavors Silent Auction will begin at 5:30 and close promptly at 8:00pm. This is the place to find great buys on restaurant gift certificates, sports memorabilia, gift baskets, wine, and other sought-after items. You can preview these items on this website. We will be adding new items, so stay tuned.

Unlike other auctions that start online, and then move to a live event, our auction bidding will take place at the Flavors Gala, giving everyone equal access. Be sure to invite your friends, family, and business associates. You won't want to miss a single delectable dish!
