Pinot Noir is an imaginative marriage of the classic Southeastern interpretation of this grape variety with its Mediterranean expression.  Tasting NotesFull bodied and soft textured, this wine has luscious aromas of red fruit (blackcurrants, strawberries) and hints of spices (pepper, saffron). These are followed by notes of vanilla, violet and liquorish. The finish is slightly toasted, due to partial ageing in oak. Enjoy on its own, or with appetizers, roasted red meat or pasta. Serve between 60-65°F.
