The CJ Foundation for SIDS, founded by Joel and Susan Hollander in memory of their daughter who died from Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) in 1993, is recognized as the leading SIDS organization in the country. The organization is dedicated to supporting the special needs of the SIDS community through funding SIDS research, support services and public awareness programs. Since its inception, it has provided millions of dollars to SIDS researchers, organizations, support programs and public education and awareness campaigns throughout the nation, making possible remarkable strides in its fight to eliminate SIDS.

Twenty-five years ago, 16 parents whose children were diagnosed with cancer, turned to one another for support. Their dream, once modest, became the Tomorrows Children's Fund, dedicated to easing the pain and speeding the healing of children fighting cancer or a serious blood disorder. Tomorrows Children's Fund provides emotional, social and financial assistance as treatment is received and every year over 1,000 children and families turn here for support. The vision has become a reality today - offering a future of hope for many and being committed to ensuring a cure for each child who enter the doors of Tomorrows Children at Hackensack University Medical Center.

Imus Ranch is an authentic working cattle ranch near Ribera, New Mexico and was conceived and designed with the sole purpose of providing the experience of the great American cowboy to children suffering from cancer or serious blood disorders, and children who've lost brothers and sisters to Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. The objectives are to encourage in them a sense of achievement, responsibility and self-esteem, and to instill pride and restore their dignity as they become aware of just how much they are able to accomplish. Many have become convinced that because they are sick they are not normal. At Imus Ranch they quickly discover that they can do anything any other kid can do. Our experience has shown that when children suffering from these frightening illnesses are exposed to programs such as those offered by Imus Ranch it often actually contributes to their healing and recovery.
