The Have a Heart for Spurwink auction is open! The online auction runs from January 5, 2009, to February 4, 2009, with the live event "Have a Heart for Spurwink" occurring on February 7, 2009, at The Roger Williams Park Casino in Providence, RI. The "Have a Heart for Spurwink" auction and event helps spurwink|ri assist children and adults with disabilities pursue social, educational, vocational and other life-enhancing opportunities. Auction items include trips, theme park admissions, restaurant gift certificates, theater tickets, get-a-ways, art, and much more! These items are guaranteed to delight and surprise. Proceeds from our auction event enable spurwink/ri, a non-profit organization, to support our many children, adult, and family services programs, just to name a few. So, tell your friends, family and your community. Let the bidding begin!
One of the best things about participating is not only attaining fabulous items but knowing that you are helping to support children and adults with developmental disabilities. For the next three (3) weeks let spurwink|ri's online auction be your merchant for those must have purchases. Once the auction has ended all of those lucky winning bidders will have their purchases safely shipped to them.
