Description
True Love: Donated by Federico Castelluccio, who portrayed Tony Soprano's hottest hit man "Furio Giunta" on the critically acclaimed HBO series, "The Sopranos." Captivating in his role as the no nonsense "Furio", Federico is equally captivating with the paintbrush in hand. Most of you are probably unaware that Federico is as amazing an artist as he is an actor. Graduating from Manhattan's School of Visual Arts on a full scholarship, he obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree. His meticulous style and attention to detail are obvious whether it be a portrait, still life or landscape. Heavily influenced by the Renaissance masters, Federico gives his compositions a modernist twist by creating sparse and rigid versions of reality. His paintings combine the old with the new, the whimsical with the serious. The print is called “True Love” and is the most requested of all of Federico’s artwork. This is signed by the artist and is a numbered print! It is conservation framed with acid free matting and museum quality conservation glass with Aegean black coral molding made in Italy! The retail value is $1,900.
