People line up for his take on fast food.

The most comforting thing on the menu has got to be the French fries, made exclusively with Canadian potatoes.

"This potato is going to be really famous one day."

Guests choose regular fries or sweet potato fries, or they get Poutine. It's a Quebec fast food favorite: French fries served with curd cheddar cheese and gravy.

Hot dogs come steamed or grilled on buns that are pressed panini-style till golden brown. Get two with some fries and a drink by ordering the "Penalty Box."

Or, grab a burger that's served on surprisingly thin, crispy bread.

"The bread itself..... is called the Cavanaugh bread. It’s kind of like sweet bread. It’s not the regular hamburger bun. "

Regulars go for the Juno Burger, an oversized patty hit with Montreal spice, stacked on grilled ciabatta bread with mozzarella, cheddar cheese, and provolone.
