Description
This unusual item from the estate of Margaret Adams Williams is quite a conversation piece to own. Mrs. Williams' sister, Claire Berger brought this home from occupied Japan in about 1948. Her husband was an Army Major with quarter master responsibilities.
There is a fine, detailed engraved sketch of a Japanese scene on the case and comes in its original wood box.
Mrs. Williams was the mother of Lion Avery Lee Williams and the grandmother of Lion Kevin Lee Williams.
This is a Live Event Item.
