The on-line portion of Aid To Artisans  Auction is now available.  The auction will run from April 28, 2009 to May 12, 2009, with the live event taking place on May 14, 2009. Proceeds go to Aid to Artisans in order to support our efforts to create opportunities for low income artisans around the world to build profitable businesses inspired by handmade traditions. Aid to Artisans offers access to new markets, business training, eco-effective processes and design innovation through a network of partners to promote sustainable growth and community well being. Aid to Artisans is currently working in The Carribean, Colombia, Ecuador, El Salvador, Haiti, Mexico, Iraq, India, Benin, Burkino Faso, Chad, Lesotho, Mali, Senegal and South Africa. Additionally we are launching programs in Ethopia and Jordan. We hope that you will help us spread the word about these vital programs. To learn more about our mission and current programs visit us at www.aidtoartisans.org.
