Online Auction Closed! Thank You for Your Participation!
The 2009 Beauvoir Online Auction is now closed. Thank you for taking the time to point, click, and bid in order to support the Beauvoir Scholarship Fund! Congratulations to everyone who:
- Placed a bid (and won or didn't win -- you're all winners in our book!)
- Generously donated an item to the Auction
- Invited family, friends, and community to make their bid to support Beauvoir
Once again, thank you for your help, support, and generosity -- we couldn't have done it without you!
We will process payments for your Online Auction winnings over the next few days. Items from the Online Auction will be available for pick-up starting on Wednesday, April 29, 2009 at Beauvoir (3500 Woodley Road, NW, Washington, DC 20016). Please go to Tiffany Boerner in the Parents Association Office (Room 203) during the following dates and times:
- Wednesday, April 29th from 8:15 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
- Thursday, April 30th from 8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Monday, May 4th from 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
If these times don't work for you, please contact Tiffany Boerner at tboerner@cathedral.org or 202-537-6513 to arrange a mutually convenient time. If there is no other way to get your items, please contact Tiffany and we will work with you to mail or deliver them.
Saturday, April 25th
We hope to see you at the Auction on Saturday, April 25th at the Omni Shoreham in Northwest DC.
Festivities begin at 6:00 p.m. with cocktails and a Silent Auction. (Remember to arrive by 6:20 p.m. for a chance to win 500 "Beauvoir Bucks" to be used on Auction night!) Silent Auction categories will close at the following times:
7:15 p.m. Sports
7:30 p.m. Children's
7:45 p.m. Extraordinary Experiences
8:00 p.m. Beauvoir's Best
The Silent Auction will be followed by a seated dinner and Live Auction.
