· Every element of a perfect party is provided – passed hors d’oeuvres from Georgetown’s favorite caterer, fête accomplie, wine and bubbly provided by Pearson’s Wine and Liquor, beautiful flowers created for you by Allan Woods Florist, and live jazz music provided by Beauvoir’s own John Paul.
Toast Beauvoir’s 75th Anniversary with your very own celebration high up in the Cathedral. You’ll enjoy sumptuous passed hors d’oeuvres, wonderful wine and spirits, fabulous flower arrangements, delightful entertainment, and most of all, the best view in Washington! Party planner extraordinaire, Gina Coburn, will coordinate all the elements of this party so they come together flawlessly. We’ve taken care of every detail so you can just enjoy your friends and the extraordinary setting. Perfect for any occasion!
Special Instructions
Date to be mutually agreed upon with winner and donors in consultation with the Beauvoir Auction coordinator and Cathedral calendar manager; party must take place by October 25, 2009. Party may last up to two hours. Pilgrim Gallery will hold up to 50 people and winning bidder may invite more than 30 people at bidder’s expense. The Cathedral calendar is crowded; please provide as much advance notice of your preferred date as possible and a minimum of three months. Winning bidder has certificate for $500 to spend at Pearson’s on alcohol of their choice.
