If you?ve had the Dominus, you remember it. Consistently a knockout of a wine, the 2004 received 94 points from Robert Parker. The Wine Advocate noted its "elegant, dark plum/purple/garnet-color" and described "a big, sweet, cedary, roasted herb, mocha, black cherry liqueur, black currant, and earth-scented perfume?with silky tannin as well as a luscious mouthfeel and finish." Perhaps the best part is that this wine was predicted to be drinkable young, but will easily last for two decades. This is a favorite find - and a keeper.
