Description

Williams Selyem produced its first Pinot in 1981 and now there is mailing list only allocation of this low production, high end wine. The proprietors of California's original producer of "cult" Pinot Noirs, the early vintages of which were made in a garage, sold the winery in early 1998. Today, the array of wines at Williams Selyem is broader than ever and quality remains high. According to Robert Parker, this 89 point wine from 2003 is a well made, primarily estate fruit pinot of medium-body that reveals notes of raspberries, cherries, dried herbs, earth, and spice. Arguably one of the best small producers of California pinots, get yours here now!
