Chest X-Ray Series (PA & Lateral Views)

            Laboratory Blood Analysis – extended 48-chemistry profile

              (T₄, iron, cholesterol, CBC, urinalysis, etc.)

            Body Composition Analysis and Body Mass Index

            Electrocardiogram (Resting EKG)

            Automated Audiometry (Hearing Test)

            Pulmonary Function Test (Lung Test)

            Physician Consultation and Lifesigns Exam Report - including a review of tests results with the doctor

            TREADMILL:  (monitors the heart to detect coronary artery disease)  

               Ages 40 and above, may be lower with multiple risk factors

            COMPLETE OPTOMETRIC EXAM:

               Includes dilation, refraction, glaucoma testing and corrective prescription for eyeglasses. 

   Contact lens fittings are also available.

BONE DENSITY / DEXASCAN       

               Women ages 50 & above, men ages 60 & above

               Screening for osteoporosis (bone loss)

            VERTICAL AUTO PROFILE: (VAP)

   A direct measurement of LDL cholesterol, to better identify hidden heart

   disease risk not detected with traditional cholesterol tests
