Started in 1999, DAC operates fitness centers in Southaven, Mississippi, manages operations for the Collierville Community Center in Collierville, Tenn., and maintains a DAC Fitness location in East Memphis.  With a focus on life changes, DAC offers comprehensive fitness services to help members successfully manage physical and nutritional goals. In addition, DAC offers educational seminars on-site and is available for special events in the surrounding communities.  Their facilities offer free weights, cardiovascular equipment and aerobic classes combined with a variety of specialty programs.
