Devotion Spring Carnivale Auction
Devotion School's Spring Carnivale Auction ends June 11 so time is running out. Proceeds from the Carnivale and Auction will go toward the purchase of new MacBooks to benefit all students and faculty at the Devotion school. Our goal is to try and reach at least $25K from this year's auction so please do what you can to help. Auction items range from exotic vacation getaways to sports tickets, summer camps, favorite restaurants, museums, entertainment and more. Donated items are guaranteed to delight and surprise. So, tell your friends, family, community. Get your final bids in now!
The Spring Carnivale is Thursday, June 11 from 3-8 p.m. and will be held on the back field of Devotion School (raindate is June 12, same time). All Brookline and surrounding community students are welcome to share in the fun and festivities! Returning and new feature events include:
- Cake Walk that offers multiple opportunities to win a delicious cake.
- 3on3 Basketball Hoopla: Kids 3-8th grade can enter and play in this second annual tournament.
- Dunk Tank (featuring current faculty, including our Principal, and students from Devotion School)
- Transformation Station: Mohawks, fauxhawks, buzz cuts, etc. from experienced stylists and a professional face painter
- Devopalooza Variety Show, featuring Devotion Students and local performers
- First annual Wii Tournament, try bowling your way to the championship or dancing
- Laser Tag, moonwalks, extreme obstacle course, space orbitor ride, Twisted Twister giant slide
- Ride a Mechanical bull if you dare!
- Sack Races and Hockey
- Miniature golf and "swing" lessons from the Brookline Golf Course Pro
- Local food favorites: Anna's Taqueria, b.good, Devodogs, Upper Crust, J.P. Licks, Clear Flour Bread, Starbucks
