Welcome to the Inner Space, a studio like no other. We have two expansive, pristine studios with soaring ceilings, skylights, suspended maple hardwood floors and mirrors. In these rooms, people of all walks of life practice Yoga, Pilates, Capoeira, Bhangra and Karate. Others rent the space and gather here for birthday parties, celebrations, bar mitzvahs and art exhibits. We have many special events!
