Birmingham Zoo
Final Art Auction
The final round of the 2009 Birmingham Zoo's Animal Art Auction is now open. The auction will run from July 20, 2009 to August 17, 2009, with proceeds going to Birmingham Zoo in order to support our upcoming exhibit, Trails of Africa. To help raise money for this one of a kind exhibit, we have created this special auction.
Items available for bid include paintings by Ricko the Rhinoceros, Triton the Sea Lion and Birmingham Bill the Groundhog and stunning photographs of favorite animals such as Kwanza the Arican Lion, Moti the White Bengal Tiger, and Kumar the Indochinese Tiger. Also, in this final online auction, we have two extra special pieces of art: A collage of the Photographs and a Paw Print of Moti, the White Bengal Tiger, and framed Cheetah Paw Prints with a Photograph of Dolly the Cheetah.
This may be your last chance to own a unique piece of art or a beautiful photograph of one of your favorite animals, while helping the zoo. So, tell your friends, family, community. Let the bidding begin!
