8"x10" framed painting by Triton the California Sea Lion.  This is a pink and purple painting on a light blue shaded background on a canvas panel.  It is framed in a dark bronze frame with a black inner band. 

Triton creates his unusual paintings with his whiskers.  He dips his whiskers in the paint and then drags them across the canvas.  Triton appears to be "right whiskered," typically only using his right whiskers to paint.  Painting is just one of the activities that Triton enjoys as part of his training at the zoo.
