Description

8"x10" Photograph of Cotton-Top Tamarin framed and matted to 11"x14" size in a black mat with a simple black frame.

This is a photograph of one of the Cotton-Top Tamarins at the Birmingham Zoo.  Cotton-top tamarins are a highly endangered species of primate that live in the forests of Columbia.  They live in family groups with 2-12 animals.  As you can see, they get their name from the wild tufts of white hair on their heads.
