16"x20" framed and matted painting by the famous groundhog, Birmingham Bill as portrayed by the groundhog Storm.  This painting was painted on Groundhog's day 2009 by our famous weather forecaster.  Birmingham Bill may have predicted 6 more weeks of winter but she offset that by creating this cheerful painting with red, blue and green on a yellow canvas panel, matted in a bright blue mat and framed in a classic black frame.  This photograph cannot reveal the brightness of the colors of this painting.
