Warrior Yachting is offering a “One Day Offshore Yacht Consultations” onboard your vessel for preparation and guidance for offshore sailing.

We will cover safety at sea from necessary safety equipment to proven strategies for surviving rough weather while underway.

We’ll walk you through a detailed checklist of preventative maintenance to ready yourself for the confidence needed in making long distance passages. We will also demonstrate proper rigging techniques and sail selection for a variety of offshore conditions.

Engine maintenance and readiness for potential repairs is so very important  - Warrior Yachting will review your yacht’s systems, make recommendations for potential upgrades, and provide you with a customized ‘Spares List’ based on your yacht, your goals, and your future cruising itinerary.

Having a safe, clean interior is one of our concerns at sea. We will offer detailed advice on storage techniques for offshore sailing, thereby reducing breakage and accidents while reducing the overall danger associated with rough weather sailing.

Provisioning for offshore sailing can be a tough exercise if you don’t know where to start. We have the experience in this area and will share first-hand knowledge of what works, and what doesn’t. Having provisioned yachts for 8 people on month long expeditions to Antarctica, we’ve developed techniques that keep the crew fed and happy with minimum effort. Let’s face it, eating at sea can be so important to crew morale.
