The NACS Foundation Online Auction has officially come to a close. Thank you to all of our partners and bidders for your participation. Your generous support allows the NACS Foundation to continue providing resources that stregthen and improve the collegiate retailing industry.

The NACS Foundation hopes you are pleased with your purchase and consider it a rewarding way to support the organization.

Claiming Items

  • Winning bidders will receive a purchase confirmation e-mail from the NACS Foundation.

  • The Foundation will e-mail winners the donating company's contact information and mail an invoice for your item(s) within the next two weeks.

  • Winners need to send the confirmation e-mail to the donating company as verification of winning the package.

  • Winners need to contact the donating companies as soon as possible after receiving the e-mail to make delivery arrangements.

    • Paying For Items
    Items will go to the highest bidder at the close of the auction. The NACS Foundation will send the winning bidders an invoice for their item(s). Winning bidders are to pay the Foundation upon receipt of invoice.

    All items need to be paid for and delivered no later than July 31, 2010 unless otherwise noted in auction descriptions.  Winners of items from the One-Of-A-Kind, Hot Stuff Showcase, and Dream Packages will automatically be charged to their registered credit card. All other items will be invoiced to the store or company listed on file.  

    Top "Refer Friends" Referrers

    The top 10 referrers will be awarded $25 in savings for their online auction purchases.  The $25 will be credited to the invoice total.
